Returns & Refunds

At Phaux, we want you to love your order.

Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For hygiene and safety reasons, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at support@phauxbeauty.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number along with details regarding your concern. Our team reviews requests on a case-by-case basis and will work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
