Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facility in Knoxville, Tennessee to help us efficiently deliver products throughout the United States.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Estimated delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Phaux is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, shipping timelines are outside of our direct control. If your package appears delayed, please allow additional transit time before reaching out, as tracking updates can occasionally lag.
